Non-Executive Position Descriptions

Topham Park is run by many non-Executive volunteers. Here are some of the positions that we need to fill to ensure that the league runs successfully.

Team Head Coach

• in charge of running an individual team
• organizes a weekly practice
• determines position and batting lineups

Assistant Coach

• assists head coach

Umpire

• in charge of officiating games
• home plate and base umpires required

Groundskeeper

• maintains the condition of the diamonds
• sets up the lines and bases for each game and removes bases after the last game of the day

Scorekeeper

• keeps track of the plays and the score at a game

Snackbar staff

• handle the sales at the snackbar

BBQ Crew

• Cooks and serves hot dogs, hamburgers and sausages
